Frequently asked questions
Is GOOD MORNING MOTHERFUNGI® vegan?
Yes. Every ingredient is 100% plant-based. No animal derivatives, no gelatine capsules, no fillers of any kind.
Can I add it to coffee?
Absolutely — that's one of the most popular ways to take it. GOOD MORNING MOTHERFUNGI® is completely unflavoured, so it blends seamlessly into coffee, matcha, a smoothie or protein shake. You can also stir it into overnight oats or spoon it over a yoghurt bowl. No gritty texture, no aftertaste.
How is this different from other mushroom blends?
Many mushroom products use mycelium grown on grain, so some of what you're paying for can be the grain. We use concentrated fruiting body extracts only, each equivalent to 1,000mg of whole mushroom, plus two botanicals: the equivalent of 5,000mg of active ingredients per serving. The amount of each is on the pack, not hidden in a "proprietary blend". It was built by someone who burnt out and wanted to feel better and balanced without overhauling her entire routine. Read more about why dosing matters, or read Our Story.
When will I start to notice a difference?
Functional mushrooms and adaptogens are traditionally taken every day, over weeks rather than days. Give it at least a full pouch — 30 days — before you decide. That's also why subscribers save 30%. Read more about adaptogens.
Can I take it if I'm pregnant, breastfeeding or on medication?
We'd always recommend checking with your GP or healthcare provider before adding any new supplement to your routine if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking prescribed medication.
