Returns Policy

Refunds or replacements can only be offered when:

• Your product arrives damaged or defective

• The product is returned in the same condition it arrived in

• The seal is unbroken and the product remains unopened

• Your order was placed directly through motherfungi.com

• The return is sent back within 30 days of receiving your order

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and we recommend using a tracked service.

If your situation aligns with the above, reach out to us at hello@motherfungi.com with the subject line RETURNS or EXCHANGES, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.

Once your return has been received we’ll email you to confirm its arrival and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 5 working days.
